P distillery, this rum has been distilled in pot still using long fermented molasses from the Lluidas Vale, in the heart of Jamaica. After being aged for 4 years under Caribbean weather, this precious liquid pursued its aging in France, into an ex Caroni 1996 cask, for close to 4 years of additional maturation. TASTING NOTES Nose: Fresh and lively. Pepper, candied lemon, hint of smoke. Palate: Rich and balanced.
