With a structured dress underneath the top silk chiffon layers give it an airy beautiful feel

Excellent condition and appears to have been used very little if at all. 34. 5" x 1. 5" and the buckle is 2" x 2". Holes adjust to accommodate a 28" 30" waist. All appropriate stamps and blind marks.
