Each of those cut outs are formed with inner wiring around which the fabric is hand gathered and placed

I love that the tunic is covered in little abstarct white half circles and the pants adorned in tightly spaces "stars"

It is cleaned and the marks did fade so perhaps with more soaking it would be OK
