Edmond Cornu & Fils Ladoix Blanc 2023 Size:750ml A dry wineAs befits the appellation, the little seen white version of Ladoix presents punchy minerality and deep register fruit, anchored by palpable grip and notable dry extract. Cornu employs 25% steel and 75% oak (25% of which is new) during the wines 12 month elevage, and in its imposing breadth and overall sense of concentration it more than slightly resembles its close neighbor Corton Charlemagne.
