It has photoed a tad yellowish but it a true cream silk - far creamier then the photos show

I lowered my price quite a bit on this to accomodate for these small flaws and none of the breaks are so large as to detract or take away from this extraordinary textile and in my opinion the old and tiny repair where there has been color change adds to the immense beauty of this shawl

It is cut to follow every curve and and has a bit of a burlesque or showgirl vibe

The sleeves have huge wide cuffs that you may wear up as shown or down for a longer sleeve

There are four or five different embroidery techniques employed in this piece as well as crochet work and different grades of netting.
