Comparatively, woom 1's and Striders are 6 pounds 10 ounces and 6 pounds 11 ounces, respectively. That doesn't sound like a lot, but if you are only 25 pounds yourself, the lightest bike is the easiest to ride and the least intimidating. I do believe it is terrifically easier to learn to ride a pedal bike
