Crates drum The canteen of the ATLWeathered wooden crates sit inside one of the Newington Armament Depot and Nature Reserve's brick storage buildings, remnants of a facility that handled gunpowder, shells, cordite, torpedoes, and depth charges across 102 years of naval operations. The depot served the Royal Australian Navy from 1921 until its closure in 1999. Part of the Newington Armory series.
