There are no cracks anywhere on the cymbal and there is some slight keyholing but nothing serious. Based on the location of the stamp and the stamp itself we believe this is vintage Giant Beat and more specifically a "Black Label" model which were from the early 1970's and were slightly lighter than the earlier "White Label" version.
