This pendant features a platinum crescent adorned with two pearls and three sapphires. The piece was originally an antique brooch (circa 1880 1900) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k yellow gold bail. The piece measures 1. 4 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1. 05 inches wide, and it is in great condition. Note: The antique
