2023 Rosé of Zinfandel Cabernet Sauvignon it’s rich yet refined —This Ros is made from the old vine Zinfandel grapes we source from the Chiles Valley AVA. Once harvested, the whole clusters are gently pressed into small stainless steel tanks. The pressure used is very light, to obtain the optimal color from the skins.
