It is there, in the Judean Mountains that Teperberg Vision Merlot is made. Mechanically harvested and fermented for 7 days this Merlot then undergoes a secondary fermenting process (malolactic fermentation) to stabilize and soften the wine after it has been distilled. Lastly, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for 5 months. Notes: Dry, medium
